Feeding Kittens, Lactating & Gestating Females: Before weaning, kittens start eating dry food. Free-choice feeding before and after weaning. At least two to three times more food than displayed on the table should be given to pregnant and lactating females.

TRANSITION INSTRUCTIONS:

A gradual transition over 7 to 10 days should be to turn to some new cat food. For 2 to 3 days, substitute 25 percent of the current food with Solid Gold, then feed a little more Solid Gold over the next 5 to 7 days until your cat is solely consuming Solid Gold. This gradual transition will help reduce the digestive disturbances that can arise as a result of diet changes.
