CHAMOMILE (Matricaria chamomilla)	Chamomile is an excellent calming agent with sedative, immunostimulating, antispasmodic, antiseptic, analgesic, counterirritant, vasodilator, hemostatic, tonic and antimicrobial properties. The chemistry of this herb is complex and it is the synergy of the herb that makes it valuable in natural medicine. It supports digestive disturbances that are triggered by nervousness and hyperexitability.
PASSION FLOWER (Passiflora incarnata)	Passion Flower contains alkaloids and flavonoids, which are effective, non-addictive sedatives. It increases levels of gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain, which causes a feeling of relaxation. It also possesses anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and pain relieving properties.
LEMON BALM (Melissa officinalis)	Lemon Balm is an aromatic, sedative herb that has been used as far back as the Middle Ages to reduce stress and anxiety. With antispasmodic, anti-depressive, carminative, antiviral, antibacterial properties it is useful for nervous disorders, excitability and anxiety, lowers blood pressure, and expels intestinal gas.
REISHI (Ganoderma lucidum)	Reishi helps restore the body to a natural state and supports the function of all organs. It is one of the best herbs for immune support and is also beneficial for high blood pressure, which may be brought on by stress and anxiety. Reishi mushroom is a tonic and sedative that relieves pain, improves heart and liver function, stimulates the immune system, inhibits histamine production, and acts as a smooth muscle relaxant.
ELEUTHERO (Eleutherococcus senticosus)	Eleuthero is a tonic with modulating effects on the major stress axis, including the pituitary glands, hypothalamus, and adrenal gland. It increases resistance to infection, stimulates DNA synthesis and cellular repair enzymes, stimulates metabolism, improves resistance to stress and increases energy levels. It acts as a circulatory stimulant, adaptogenic, endurance- enhancer, and has platelet aggregation inhibiting effects. ECHINACEA ANGUSTIFOLIA (Echinacea angustifolia)	Commonly used for infections, Echinacea Angustifolia contains many active chemicals such as polysaccharides, flavonoids, caffeic acid, essential oils, alkylamides and polyacetylenes that have strong immune stimulating, anti-microbial, antiviral, and antibacterial properties. Polysaccharides increase antibody production, raise white blood cell and spleen cell counts, stimulate white blood cells, reduce inflammation, inhibit bacterial formation of hyaluronidase and promotes healing.
